Un etnocidio amazónico se justifica por la guerra en Ucrania. Todo ello retransmitido en línea bajo la mirada del cineasta, que sale de la pantalla y se encuentra con su hijo de 3 años que se maravilla ante las flores que crecen en el jardín. En este cruce de realidades se entreteje una reflexión sobre la infancia y su inocencia en un mundo amenazado por la crueldad humana y el cambio climático.

An Amazon ethnocide is justified by war in Ukraine. All streamed on-line under the gaze of the filmmaker, he leaves the screen and meets his 3-year-old son who marvels at the flowers growing in the garden. In this crossing of realities, a reflection on childhood and its innocence in a world threatened by human cruelty and climate change is interwoven.

José Cardoso es un cineasta enfocado en el surrealismo, la conciencia y el anticolonialismo. Padre de Seydú, ha recibido reconocimientos internacionales por su obra, que incluye Iwianch, The Devil Deer (2021), What the Soil Remembers (2023), y Flowers (2024). Sus films han sido premiados en IFFR Rotterdam, Ann Arbor, Sheffield, y seleccionados en Sitges, La Habana, Oberhausen, entre otros.
