Pietro Marcello (Caserta, 1976) estudió Bellas Artes en Nápoles. Debutó con La bocca dil lupo (2009), David di Donatello al Mejor Documental. Con Bella y perdida (2015) fue premiado en Locarno. Su consagración llega con la multipremiada Martin Eden (2019). Ha firmado los documentales Per Lucio (2019) y, ahora, Futura.
Alice Rohrwacher (Fiesole, 1982) cursa Literatura y Filosofía en la Universidad de Turín. Montadora de documentales, empezó su carrera de reconocimientos con su debut Corpo Celeste (2011). Se consolidó con El país de las maravillas (2014), Premio Especial del Jurado en Cannes y en Sevilla, y con Lazzaro feliz (2018), con galardones en Cannes o Sitges.
Francesco Munzi se licenció en Ciencias Políticas y se graduó en Dirección en el Centro de Cine Experimental de Roma. Debutó en 2004 con Saimir, presentada en la sección Horizontes del Festival de Venecia, donde recibió una mención especial. Tras Il resto della notte (2008) triunfó en los David di Donatello con Calabria (2014). Ha dirigido también el documental Assalto al cielo (2016) y la serie El milagro (2018).
